Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received them.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items: Products that have been tailored or customized according to your specifications.
- Clearance items: Items sold at discounted prices are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Intimate apparel: For hygiene reasons, undergarments and intimate wear cannot be returned.
Return Process

Exchanges

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped, and the regular return process will apply.
